What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a natural method of health care that focuses on treating the causes of physical problems rather than just the symptoms.  It is based on a simple premise: with a functioning spine and a healthy lifestyle your body is better able to heal itself.  The spinal cord, which is protected by the spine, is the main pathway of our nervous system.  It controls movement and function throughout our body.

The focus of Chiropractic care is correcting joint dysfunctions.  People initially contact a Chiropractor because of symptomatic complaints, especially, neck, mid back and low back pain.  Conditions seen include: headaches, sciatica, sprains/stains, tendonitis, scoliosis, carpel tunnel syndrome, degenerative joint disease and TMJ Syndrome.
